A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for one talented and enthusiastic individual to join a UK market-leading construction business in their base in Norwich or Kings Lynn.

Our client carries out complete end-to-end services to provide high quality affordable homes to thousands of customers all over the country, as such they are now in need of a technical coordinator to coordinate all construction details and manage the overalldesign process of the design team and specialist subcontractors.

Your knowledge of planning and build design will come in useful when providing technical advice, reviewing designs and specifications, guaranteeing all contractual responsibilities are carried out to the highest standards.

CAD knowledge and experience is desirable,as well as an HNC in construction or equivalent discipline.
Your hard-work will be rewarded with a £35,000 - £40,000 salary and plenty of company benefits:
