Are you an Account Manager looking to join a leading EdTech organisation with a remote working arrangement?

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive product experience for clients.

Having great product knowledge, you will assist pre-sales in highlighting a the technical capabilities of a product relating to the clients requirements.

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of software product onboarding, making previous experience in this area essential.


This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager with months experience to serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and inquiries from clients and manage customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.

This position offers great technical upskilling potential, where excellent training of products and systems will be provided.


Skills required for the Account Manager position:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in a customerfacing role, such as technical support or account management
  • Experience of system onboarding
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000


Location:
Remote across UK (with office space in Hertfordshire)
