Description:
We are recruiting for a
customer service advisor for a growing company in Chandlers Ford

The role of
customer service advisor is as follows.

  • Dealing with customer queries in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Confirming engineer visits with customers
  • Deal with customer complaints
  • Being the first point of contact for customers
  • Planning and tracking engineer visits.
Full time - Monday to Friday - up to £26k depending on experience
