0.5 Animal Care Technician

(Temporary to cover period of sickness absence)

The role:


The main purpose of this post is to provide outstanding technical animal welfare support on weekends and bank holidays to the Animal Management curriculum team in the delivery of practical work.

The post will also provide cover for annual leave for the weekday post holder.

The college animal collection will consist of small mammals, invertebrates and reptiles so the post holder will need to be confident in handling animals of these types.

The College will provide relevant training and updates in order to support the post holder.


Salary:

£12,663.00 per annum
