As a Trainee Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for increasing branch revenues through new business activities and cross-selling with other areas of the business.

The Role:


  • Generate market appraisals through prospecting and utilising business development software on a weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and work closely with the marketing department to assist with campaigns.
  • Call through our database to identify new opportunities and liaise with our Lettings Department to identify opportunities and provide valuation figures.
  • Conduct all market appraisals, provide clients with realistic sales figures and marketing strategy, and create property listings to the highest standard following company guidelines.
  • Qualify incoming leads and arrange viewings, conduct block viewings where possible, and provide excellent customer service to prospective buyers.
  • Offer advice and be as helpful as possible, and provide feedback quickly and professionally to the vendor.
  • Maintain and regularly contact a list of developers and portfolio landlords.

The Person:


  • 1+ years' experience working in the Property Industry
  • Sales and targetdriven mindset.
  • A highly organised approach to work.
  • Disciplined work ethic.
  • Highly effective time management skills.
  • Outstanding personal skills.
  • Ability to develop key relationships.
  • Clear customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • Full driving license and access to own car

The Benefits:


  • Up to £24,000 DOE
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing with length of service
