Description

We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at the LSE in London. This exciting development of contemporary urban inspired apartments, penthouses and villas is situated in one of London's best connected locations.

As one of the site team you will be primarily be responsible for the planning, budgeting and delivery of the Minor capex works and re-active maintenance tasks.

Communicating at all levels from client board members to contractors and operatives you will ensure budgets are managed and resource is appropriately controlled.

In addition you are part of a larger maintenance team providing FM support to the customer premises, as this is a public facility you must be willing to be flexible with the work carried out and have the ability to provide help and support across a number of multi trade activities.

Your flexibility and ability to multi task will ensure you are successful.

Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are read and understood prior to any work being undertaken and/or carry out point of work risk assessments.

Advise on any updates to existing RAMs and new RA's.
