Description
We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.


Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to provide information about products and services
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,298.75 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
