Are you passionate about food manufacturing and looking for a dynamic role to kickstart your career? We are seeking a skilled Technical Assistant to join our client's renowned food production team in Leicester.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the technical aspects of food production processes.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Assist in the implementation of food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

Requirements:


  • Indefinite right to work in the UK is essential.
  • A qualification in food manufacturing or a related field is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Must be comfortable handling and working with meat products.
