An opportunity has arisen for a Training Administrator to join the Hdigital Clincal Systems Training Team.


The Hdigital Department are responsible for the implementation, development and on-going management and support of the Trust's Information Management and Technology Strategy, which aims to transform the Trust into a "digitised enterprise" within the next five years.


Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.


The Trust's Hdigital Clinical Systems Training Team is responsible for providing a range of clinical and non-clinical systems training courses for staff who need access.


The Training Administrator is responsible for providing an effective clerical and administrative service to the Training Team, scheduling courses, managing bookings onto Lorenzo and other Hdigital training courses, producing training reports and dealing with enquiries from Trust staff.


The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, planning and organisational skills along with good customer service skills.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work within a team with shared goals, and be able to meet strict deadlines.


HUTH has two main sites:
Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital with an annual budget of approximately £500 million. The Trust employs around 11,000 staff and serves an extended population of 1.25 million, delivering a number of outpatient services from locations across the area, extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively
