Leading Law Firm, Target Operating Model (TOM) Change

Location - London, UK

Model - Hybrid

Contract Role (inside IR35)

Salary -C.£700 - £900 / day

A leading global law firm, with a reputation for delivering exceptional legal services to clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team, with a focus on change management and TOM (TargetOperating Model) advancement.

Key Responsibilities with in the role:

Develop and implement project plans for change management initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage project team members and vendors to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
Identify, plan and manage changes to the groups TOM model.
Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
Facilitate change management activities, such as training and communication, to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time
Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive change management efforts across the organization
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on change management and TOM
Strong legal background and experience working in a law firm or legal departments
Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks
Strong Target Operating Model exposure
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
The ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
