Leading Law Firm, Target Operating Model (TOM) Change

Location - London, UK

Model - Hybrid

Contract Role (inside IR35)

Salary -C.£700 - £900 / day


A leading global law firm, with a reputation for delivering exceptional legal services to clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team, with a focus on change management and TOM (TargetOperating Model) advancement.


Key Responsibilities with in the role:

  • Develop and implement project plans for change management initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project team members and vendors to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
  • Identify, plan and manage changes to the groups TOM model.
  • Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
  • Facilitate change management activities, such as training and communication, to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive change management efforts across the organization
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on change management and TOM
  • Strong legal background and experience working in a law firm or legal departments
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong Target Operating Model exposure
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
