- Covent Garden (WC2), Soho (W1) and St Katherines Dock (E1)
Salary:
c£36,500 per annum
48-hour week
Our client is an expanding restaurant group that is looking for a Restaurant Manager to focus purely on front of house.
They are looking for someone capable of managing a high turnover, full-service restaurant, working alongside the management team in one of the company's central London restaurants which have a turnover of up to £45,000 per week and a team of up to 40 parttime and full-time staff (sites available:
- Soho, W1; Covent Garden, WC2 and St Katherines Dock, E1)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing customer relations, ensuring they exceed customer expectations.
- Assisting with training of staff.
- Organising staff rota according to needs of the business.
- Delivering team objectives and motivating the team to achieve them.
- Delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Establishing great positive working environment.
- Solving problems before they occur and quick thinking.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor within a busy restaurant.
- Good team management experience.
- An excellent history of exceeding customer service expectations.
- Working as a team and on own initiative, being proactive.
