What does
an Executive Producer do at
Hogarth?


This role will primarily be working across our dedicated content studio for one of the largest and most well-known health and beauty brands in the UK.

This is a fast-paced team working alongside clients and brands day to day. You should have experience in the beauty sector and be excited by working in this space.


The role of the Executive Creative Producer will involve managing shoot, creative and content production across a number photography, videography and multi channel projects.

You will work closely with the Head of Content Production and the department leads (Studio, Photography, Video, Styling and Post-Production) to ensure the end-to-end workflow is efficient and manageable.

You will focus on building relationships internally, creating an efficient workflow, producing to the highest standard, ensuring that expectations are managed and delivered, whilst helping to train and develop the producers within team.


  • Day to Day producing/ownership of multiple content and creative production projects.
  • Maintain communication with the Head of Content Production and other content dept leads.
  • Develop long lasting and trusted relationships with the team, client, brands and agency.
  • Make sure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
  • Maintain consistent communication with your client contacts and operators.
  • Work with the more junior producers on their Projects & personal development and represent the team on client calls and meetings.
  • Help build the client business through relationship management and promotion of Hogarth's capabilities.
  • Support the Head of Content Production with active pitches and incoming briefs
  • Work with the team to collate and file bestinclass content examples alongside key information for case studies.
  • Actively search for freelance/new talent to support team growth.
  • Onboard any freelance producers / PAs so that they're familiar with Hogarth WOW.
  • Be a support, and source of training, for members of the Production Team.
  • Ensure project tracker is updated daily with the progress/finances of all jobs, and flag any issues to the relevant internal escalation points.
  • Arrange briefings/RTBs with clients, construct budgets and timelines, agree a quote, schedule studio, kit and operators, talent casting & contracts, book retouch/edit suite time, conduct kickoff meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback, track costs and manage project progress.
  • Be responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct place.
  • Check that all work is reconciled correctly and comes in within the agreed budget.
  • Play an active role defining problems, recommending shoot and creative solutions and establishing resourceful conclusions both internally, and externally with the client and Agency.
  • Continually defines ways to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

This role reports to the Head of Content Production (Janin Wignarajah-Luxford) at Wenlock studios. London.

You will work closely with Hogarth production teams and account teams.


Requirements:


  • Must have extensive Executive Producing Experience in agency or production company.
  • Management experience within a production department
  • Knowledge of both above the line and content (stills and moving image) production and post production workflows
  • Strong clientfacing interpersonal skills
  • Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels
