The Business Improvement team at BDUK is seeking an ambitious Training and Governance Coordinator. You will be reporting to the Head of World Class Productivity and Quality (WCPQ) team.


Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Lean Ambassador Programme Administrator.
  • Lean Training Programme Administrator.
  • Scheduling of Training Courses and Events.
  • Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) focal for the team.
  • Hands on support to the Governance Lead for document control and administration duties.
  • Data collation and report preparation.
  • Administration of the teams Quality of Service Process.
  • Moderate training events both virtually and in person (as required).
  • Support monthly process confirmations of data uploads.
  • Support onboarding of new team members.
  • Support Business Improvement Specialists in uploading of documents (as required).
  • Support action tracking and minute taking during team meetings.

Preferred Proficiencies, Education & Experience:


  • Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Produce accurate reports with a high attention to detail.
  • Document management and configuration control of processes and procedures.
  • Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organised and works in a logical and structured manner.
  • Competent in using MS Office products in general.
  • Experienced in document management and administration activities. If this experience was related to organising training courses, organising events and supporting the running of a team this would be advantageous.
  • Your experience will enable you to demonstrate a track record of continued success where you have built relationships that have resulted in positive outcomes.
  • Your academic education should underpin your working experiences. Any knowledge of Lean and or Process Improvement methods would be advantageous.
