As well as providing personal care to our residents, the successful applicant will need to be an excellent team player.

Other tasks to be carried out throughout the day are liaising with management, documentation, co-ordinating and supervising staff, ensuring safe medication practice, day to day finance management, ensuring health and safety checks are completed, planning and sourcing suitable activities, engagement in the local community, and assisting with the preparation and planning of a balanced diet.

Education and Requirements:

A good standard of education, i.e. GCSE or equivalent. Additional certifications or qualifications in Social Care or related fields are advantageous.
