Key responsibilities include undertaking Court Telephone Hearings, maintaining all case management with precision and timeliness, managing correspondence and telephone calls, reviewing files, supporting junior staff, and providing general advice to the business.

You will ideally have one year experience specifically in Data Breach Law. A genuine interest in this area of law will be considered an asset.

A thorough understanding of GDPR and the Data Protection Act is essential, along with the ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
