Description

We are looking for a Maths Teacher to join our team at a KS3 Pupil Referral Unit in Isleworth, Hounslow.

This is a full-time and long-term role, starting immediately and lasting until the end of the academic year. Pay is competitive and will be paid-to-scale.


The school is a multi-site Alternative Provision based in the London Borough of Hounslow, offering tailored education and support to learners who are not able to be in a mainstream school.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver highquality Maths lessons for KS3 students.
  • Create engaging and stimulating lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of students.
  • Assess and track student progress and provide feedback to students and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience teaching in a PRU setting.
  • A valid QTS.
  • A DBS on the update service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
