Job Description:

As a Merchandise Admin Assistant for Beauty, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Team.

Through running reports, analysis and stock management, you will ensure that the right products are in the right place (physical and on-line stores) at the right time, in the right quantities, identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profit and reduce stock holding in line with the Frasers strategy.

You will have strong administrative skills and be familiar with Excel.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Stock and Intake Management

  • Assist in managing purchase orders, ensuring accurate delivery and supplier communication.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of stock by managing supplier relationships and communicating issues to the Commercial and the wider team where relevant.
  • Contribute to stock intake scheduling and autoreplenishment for optimal availability.
  • Aid in analysing sales data to identify performance trends and opportunities.
  • Build a relationship with the Warehouse to ensure that stock is processes in an effective and timely manner.

2. Trading

  • To be aware of sales performance and KPI's for the business.
  • Reviews sales weekly and suggest solutions to performance at product / channel levels.
  • Support with price changes, markdowns and preparation for the sale period.

3. Administration

  • Ensure all product lines within the system are accurate. Maintain accurate product details, updates, and data corrections.
  • Support the organisation of reports, purchase orders, and supplier information.

4. External and internal relationships

  • Build a strong relationship with the Brand Partnership and Retail teams to ensure collaboration and positive business outcomes.
  • Be the main point of contact for the warehouse and retail shop floor. Ensure that any stock problems are investigates promptly, raising issues and proposing solutions to the Commercial Team.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised and good time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate own initiative.
  • High level of numerical awareness
  • Problem solving
  • A high level of personal drive & commitment
  • Previous experience in entry level Merchandising would be highly advantageous
  • Computer skills high level of Microsoft Office skills, practically Excel (vlookup and formulas)
  • GCSE Maths and English A-C essential
