New forest Care's ARC service offers children who have suffered trauma and abuse, and pose challenges to mainstream services, short-term placements built around a bespoke programme of outdoor education and adventurous activity.

We are situated on the edge of the New Forest but will travel to use the wonderful south coast, and further afield, for multi-day expeditions including Wales and Dartmoor.

We have our own in-house climbing, archery, bushcraft and mountain biking and we work with local activity centres to provide a wide range of activities and opportunities to our children.

This is a unique role, the purpose of which is to support and work with carers and other instructors to plan, lead, and deliver programmes of Outdoor Education to an individual or small groups of hard-to-reach children and their carers.

Training and funding are provided for career development and qualifications.

For an informal chat about the role, please contact Dave Sayers-Carter
