Role Responsibilities
We have an exciting development opportunity to join the Commercial Makeover team as a Data Quality Assistant. The role will be dedicated to supporting the successful implementation of the new Master Data Management system.


Role responsibilities will focus on:

  • Use complex excel reports to analyse and validate our current product data
  • Work with our commercial teams and vendors to gather updated and accurate information where necessary
  • Support the Data Management team with queries and updates
  • Be on the look out for ways to improve the quality of data we hold
  • Assist the Quality and Sourcing team with collection and maintenance of compositional data
  • Support the ethical and sustainability team with emerging requirements for master data to be included in the Product Master Data Management (PMDM) system
  • Ensure the data is of high quality before migrating it into the new system
  • Deal with postmigration queries and alignment

Skills required for the role:


  • Commercial background preferred (not essential)
  • Highly analytical and meticulous, a keen eye for detail
  • Experience of working with large, complex excel spreadsheets
  • SAP and/or Sunflower knowledge an advantage
  • A strong desire to improve ways of working
  • Confidence to work with various teams within the commercial functions and vendors
