This role is for YOU if:

  • from resolving minor issues, ensuring customers and their guests have all their needs met, setting up meeting rooms, conferences and events with refreshments, catering, and being responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of our centres in a successful way.

You love making connections and building relationships with people in and outside of the business. You are happy to attend to requests, enquiries, phone calls and resolve the unexpected challenges.

- solving attitude and you can adapt to everchanging circumstances. You are able to find a creative solution to go above and beyond for each customer.

  • You're looking for a varied, operational role and you don't want to be stuck behind the desk all day.
  • You can integrate well into the team and foster effective relationships with your colleagues. Our successful daily operations relay on all our colleagues working together to deliver our common objectives.
  • You will enjoy that no two days are alike
- one day you may be supporting an important meeting setting up catering and refreshments, other helping new customer move into your centre or troubleshooting some IT issues. This is a very varied and hands on role.


This role would be a good step for an individual who has experience of working in a exceptional customer focused environment and who wants to gain knowledge and awareness of the reception in a professional business environment.


Skills & Experience:


  • Full proficiency in all MS Office packages.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and to deal with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to operate independently under broad direction.
