Description

A diligent Senior Building Surveyor is needed to join a large construction and property consultancy, based in Central London, to join a team of 15 other Building Surveyors.


The Senior Building Surveyor's role


As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working on predominantly project bias work including; design and specification using AutoCAD and seeing projects through from inception through to completion, on various schemes across the residential, education,retail and commercial sectors.


The successful Senior Building Surveyor will support APC Building Surveyors in the team on their progression, have daily management responsibility for junior Surveyors and work closely with clients and stakeholders throughout project timelines.

You'll alsohave uncapped career progression opportunity, to work towards Directorship.


The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have

  • MRICS accreditation preferable
  • Experience with the full project life cycle
  • Mixed sector experience, particularly residential
  • Strong communication both written and verbal, with clear report writing skills
