Dynamics GP/ Great Plains Support Consultant - MS Partner - Home Based

My client
A fast paced, forward thinking Microsoft solutions provider, with a leading reputation within their niche of the ERP industry.


The role


A Dynamics GP/ Great Plains support consultancy role within their expanding GP support team - focusing around new and existing GP customer implementations.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting my clients Dynamics GP (Great Plains) systems remotely
  • 1st/ 2nd line troubleshooting/ triage through to completion
  • Involvement in project support working for ongoing upgrade/ integration's (Testing, Training, Go-Live Support)
  • Providing a high level of customer service and contributing to the continuous improvement of the support helpdesk team
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP/ Great Plains
  • Competent knowledge the GP modular suite
  • An analytical mindset, and personable approach to customer/ user support
  • Academic background in IT (Preferable, but not essential)
