This role is for our
Leeds branch.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
£20,683.00-£23,706.00 per year
