Responsibilities:

As a Ground Maintenance Operative, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team in the Medway Towns.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the maintenance of green spaces, including weeding, strimming, planting, and grass cutting.
Clearing rubbish and emptying bins.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Grounds Maintenance is preferred.
Possession of a full UK driving license with no disqualifications and a maximum of 6 points for insurance purposes.
Own transport for commuting to and from the site.

Working Conditions:

Yearround opportunities are available; the work is not confined to specific seasons.
Initial roles are temporary, with the potential for permanent positions after a successful trial period, accompanied by a salary increase.

Salary and Benefits:

- £10.90 per hour, with overtime rates for weekends paid at time and a half and double time.
