*Off Site Tutor - Flexible working hours**Location: Lincoln*Full time/Part time/Casual - permanent position**Salary of £ £35,568 dependent on qualifications and experience - salary pro rota (working term time only, salary paid over 12 months)
The Off-site Tutor is a new and exciting role, not only does it offer flexible working hours to suit you but also alternative ways to educate and inspire young people who need additional 1-1 support.
Whilst working closely with the school, you may be working in children's own homes, libraries or enjoying field trips relevant to the child's learning and building up a good working relationship with the young people you support.
You will be passionately committed to inclusive education and will be working with dis engaged pupils who are struggling to attend school.

*What do you need?
We are looking for someone who has a minimum of a years' experience teaching or Tutoring children with social emotional and mental health needs as well as having effective and innovative communication skills and the ability to develop professional relationships with students and their parent/carers.
