*Off Site Tutor - Flexible working hours**Location: Lincoln

*Full time/Part time/Casual - permanent position**Salary of £ £35,568 dependent on qualifications and experience - salary pro rota (working term time only, salary paid over 12 months)


The Off-site Tutor is a new and exciting role, not only does it offer flexible working hours to suit you but also alternative ways to educate and inspire young people who need additional 1-1 support.

Whilst working closely with the school, you may be working in children's own homes, libraries or enjoying field trips relevant to the child's learning and building up a good working relationship with the young people you support.

You will be passionately committed to inclusive education and will be working with dis engaged pupils who are struggling to attend school.

*More about the role*Working hours per week can be flexible. You will be making a real difference to the lives of young people who have attendance difficulites and will be working alongside our school to engage them and work towards integration back into school. You will be monitoring and supporting the overall progress and development of the students while facilitating and encouraging a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. The student will benefit from a unique and individualised 1-1 learning experience to get the best out of them. You will have the privilege of ultimately seeing the young people thrive and grow.

*What do you need?


We are looking for someone who has a minimum of a years' experience teaching or Tutoring children with social emotional and mental health needs as well as having effective and innovative communication skills and the ability to develop professional relationships with students and their parent/carers.
