Telesales Operative | Alsager | 40 hours per week | OTE earnings of £25,000-£50,000 with an excellent basic salary and a performance bonus

We specialise in the repair and replacement of Windows, Doors, and Conservatories, and are looking to expand their team with dedicated professionals.

You will be a passionate and skilled Telesales Operative, eager to join a dynamic team If you're a motivated, target-driven individual with a background in the home improvement industry or a similar field, this is the role for you

Possessing an excellent telephone manner

As a Telesales Operative, you'll be a vital part of our success story

Your role will include:

Contacting an existing customer database to schedule appointments for Field Sales Agents
Making followup calls to ensure all customers' needs are met
Meeting and exceeding sales targets to drive the business forward
