Role summary
Supporting the Estates, Maintenance and Gardening Teams with various aspects of administration and maintenance related duties, as directed by Estates Manager.
Main duties of the role
- To provide administrative support to the Estates & Facilities Administrator
- To provide general basic support to the maintenance team where needed
- To provide general basic support to the gardening team where needed
Experience & qualifications required
- Good level of IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Previous knowledge of working within the care industry would be beneficial but not a deal breaker.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Friendly and approachable manner with a sense of humour
- Attention to detail, communication and organisational skills are key
- A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to a changing situation or priorities
- The ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Must understand the importance of discretion and integrity of a confidential environment
- Passionate about St Helena and Radfield Home Care.
