New position available for our client in Preston Brook, Runcorn
We are looking for Customer Service Agent


Main duties:


  • Taking customer telephone orders for Aggregate and Asphalt material. Liaising with customers including feedback on order progress.
  • Input customer orders into bespoke SAP system
  • Liaising with Hauliers and weighbridges over transport queries, truck provision and stock requirements
  • Scheduling workloads to production units to meet customer demands
  • Liaising with Internal and External Sales and Weighbridge Staff to ensure the best customer service is achieved
  • Providing a seamless transition from order to delivery

Experience required:


  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Works well under pressure and can work on own initiative
  • Experience of working within a team
  • Customer Service background preferred
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach
  • Computer skills

Shift:

Monday - Friday

8:00 - 17:00

40h week plus 1hr for lunch
£11.39 ph


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 0-24 months


Salary:
£11.39 per hour
