Statement of expectation for the role:
To manage L&OD business operations effectively by ensuring effective business delivery.

To develop and lead the business function of the department liaising closely with Finance and Human Resources and internal and external partners, and leading Procurement, Administration and other resource management.

Ensuring full and effective use of resources in line with City of London Police strategy.

In conjunction with finance, to construct and manage a viable budget to achieve stated force training aims (2018 budgetary responsibility in the region of £1m).


Description of Department:

Working with the learning and development department responsible for all mandated training for the City of London Police.
