Temporary Receptionist
Work with us at one our client's luxury student accommodation sites in Coventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced and exciting industry. You will be the first point of contact for this stylish new building. It is a beautiful, modern and vibrant site that offers impressive facilities.

The working hours for this are 12:30pm - 4:30pm.

We are looking for someone who is available for the following dates:
Weds 30th Nov - Friday 2nd Dec

Mon 5th Dec - Fri 9th Dec

Monday 12th December

Wednesday 14th December

Key Tasks

Conducting tours and viewings of the property
Answering phone calls
Dealing with parcel and post deliveries, ensuring they are passed on to the tenants
Dealing with general enquiries
Coordinating maintenance issues
Problem solving
Signing in and out contractors

Knowledge and Skills

A friendly and welcoming approach and the ability to cooperate well with all students and clients in a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
Excellent rapport building abilities.
Sales focussed and highly proactive approach.
Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
