Full time and part time hours will be considered.Roles and responsibilities:
- Processing purchase orders and raising invoices
- Posting overhead invoices
- Converting multicurrency invoices into GBP
- Reconciling supplier ledgers
- Posting payments and receipts from the bank account
- Matching receipts to credit card statements & petty cash and posting
- Chasing debtors
- Matching import declarations to shipments
- General finance administration and any other adhoc duties
- Be organised and selfmotivated with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Have experience working on Sage 50 Accounts
- Be computer literate with a working knowledge of the Microsoft package
