£9.85 to £ SLEEP RATE OF £45.00


I am currently working with a leading provider that supply support services to ADULTS and YOUNG ADULTS with learning disabilities.

Due to expansion, they are currently seeking RL SUPPORT WORKERS and SUPPORT WORKER to support young people & Adults.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those that have transferable skills in both adult and childcare services.

The service is state of the and is split into individual projects with 2 x 4-bedroom residential sites and a day services site, that all together service the needs of around 55 children with learning disabilities and mental health needs.


For this role you will be a compassionate, kind and a understanding person that delivers high-quality person-centred care to the young people, this may consist of food and meal prep, medications, prompting independence, moving and handling and up dating of care plans.

You must also be available for a variety of shifts;
7.30am - 3.30pm Early
3.30pm pm Late
10.30pm am Sleep/Waking Nights


To be considered for this role you MUST have 12 months experience working with children, young people or young adults in either mental health or learning disabilities.


For your hard work and commitment to the service and the organization you will be paid a salary of up to £21, 097, additional payments for any sleeps and/or overtime you complete, an excellent on boarding and training package that could see you complete your Level 3 in Health and Social Care and train to become a Team Leader and a fantastic pension, healthcare and annual leave package.
