The role is sat within the customer service team of the operation dealing with customers and stakeholders of the business.
- Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Organise orders for delivery, service, or collection by our fieldbased Engineers.
- Track and advance orders using online reports.
- Input referral information for clinical triage.
- Perform general administrative tasks that facilitate daily operations.
- Schedule repair activities.
The Successful Applicant:
- Extensive background in a comparable bustling and highspeed office setting.
- Applicable customer service experience involving telephone communication. Keen focus on precision and meticulousness.
- Past exposure to administrative tasks and calendar coordination.
