About Our Client:

Our client is a expanding enterprise and a prominent supplier of Healthcare Service solutions.

The role is sat within the customer service team of the operation dealing with customers and stakeholders of the business.


  • Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Organise orders for delivery, service, or collection by our fieldbased Engineers.
  • Track and advance orders using online reports.
  • Input referral information for clinical triage.
  • Perform general administrative tasks that facilitate daily operations.
  • Schedule repair activities.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Extensive background in a comparable bustling and highspeed office setting.
  • Applicable customer service experience involving telephone communication. Keen focus on precision and meticulousness.
  • Past exposure to administrative tasks and calendar coordination.
