THE COMPANY
I have partnered with a Cardiff based scale-up to headhunt for a Head of Analytics.

This business is moving in a data-driven direction, meaning they want to utilise all available data to take market share.

THE ROLE

The successful Head of Analytics responsibilities will include:

Build out and lead the Analytics function
Create a customer data platform
Identifying customer loyalty and behaviour
Create pricing algorithms and predictive models to predict and set prices
Creating the roadmap and strategy for Analytics projects

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Head of Analytics will have the following skills and experience:

Experience in a Head of/Senior Manager/Director level position
Well versed in tools such as SQL, Python or R
Experience building and leading Analytics functions
Experience driving strategy and roadmaps for Customer Analytics
Strong communications skills

THE BENEFITS
