Sales & Leasing Officer needed in Barking Paying £25 per hr ref 703-1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

This role will involve:

  • Processing resale packs
  • Sublet registrations
  • Dealing with Permission to Install request
  • All aspect of leasehold management
  • Breach of lease
  • Service charge queries
