Are you a Supply Chain Planner looking to make a step up?

An FMCG business in Loughborough are looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader to come in and support their existing Supply Chain team.

You will be the link between the Supply Chain Manager and the rest of the Team, with a small team of planners & coordinators reporting directly into you.

This a is a great role if you want to start moving towards team management.

Day to day, you'll be responsible for the running of the planning operations to achieve the short, medium and long-term goals.

Focusing on providing good service customers and maintaining KPI's whilst ensuring you are delivering products in the most efficientway to minimise production downtime time and reduce waste.

Other responsibilities include:

To monitor progress against production plan ensuring we are where we think we are and communicating changes to Shift Managers.

To download orders from customers and update production plans making any changes as necessary and communicate with third parties.
To forecast future demand requirements based on historic sales trends.

To be successful in this role you'll need at least 2 years' experience operating at a Senior level in a Supply Chain function, FMCG experience will also be essential.

The role is up to 35k DOE.

You will be working Sunday - Wednesday, from 8:30am - 7pm, the role will be based fully onsite due to the communication requirements in the role.
