Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant Portishead £10.00 per hour

_Part time Chiropractic Assistant; join a thriving, growing, fun and enthusiastic Chiropractic team in Portishead_

_Opportunity for training and to develop role into receptionist / marketing / administrative position. Salary to be reviewed after probation period_

THE ROLE

As Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers whether by phone or in person so your customer service and communication skills must be excellent.

Providing a high level of caring customer service to supportthe Chiropractors at all times you will:

- answer the phone, greet clients,
- take general enquiries, book appointments, take payments
- help manage clinic social media
- maintaining patient records

Our client is an established and extremely successful Chiropractic practice in Portishead.

The Person

As Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist you will be an organised, efficient and caring individual, with good administrative and customer service skills.

Friendly and engaging, with good communication and computer skills, you will ideally have an interestin good health, fitness and wellbeing.

Hours as follows:

Monday & Tuesday: 7.30 a.m. until 1.00 p.m.

Thursday: 2.00 p.m. until 7.30 p.m.
with flexibility to cover extra hours on occasion to cover staff absences.
