The UK's largest electrical wholesale company is currently looking for a motivated Office Junior to join their team in Newmarket.

This is a full-time office-based role where you'll be working as part of the Credit Control department that is responsible forcollecting invoices and monitoring credit given to business customers.

Role Responsibilities

As an Office Junior, you will be:

  • Learning about the administrative duties required within the department
  • Working alongside a team of experienced Credit Controllers with the opportunity to gain more responsibility in the role
  • Mentored by a successful and approachable Credit Manager
  • Monitoring and collecting payments from customers
  • Keeping the customer records electronically up to date, reconciled & accurate
  • Completing various administrative and operational tasks

  • Some customer service experience would be beneficial but attitude is more important
