Description
Liaise with customers daily to confirm requirements and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and processing of orders.

  • Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Take complaints from any customers and report them accordingly.
  • Liaise with the Transport department to ensure the prompt delivery of goods and to keep customers up to date with delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with Sales Account Managers
  • Liaise with the Operations team to communicate stock demand.
  • Support the other Customer Care Coordinators in their daytoday tasks and advise where necessary.

  • Thursday 8:45am 5pm Friday 9am 4pm
