Customer Care Coordinator - Sunderland, United Kingdom - MTREC Recruitment
Description
Liaise with customers daily to confirm requirements and ensure 100% customer satisfaction and processing of orders.- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance.
- Take complaints from any customers and report them accordingly.
- Liaise with the Transport department to ensure the prompt delivery of goods and to keep customers up to date with delivery schedules.
- Liaise with Sales Account Managers
- Liaise with the Operations team to communicate stock demand.
- Support the other Customer Care Coordinators in their daytoday tasks and advise where necessary.
- Monday
- Thursday 8:45am 5pm Friday 9am 4pm

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage, prioritise & complete own workload to strict deadlines
- Team Player
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accurate data input skills
- Open to giving ideas to always be improving our services
- Ability to problem solve
- Good telephone manner
- Previous administration experience desired
