Job Title: 2nd line IT Support Engineer**
Location:Salary**:
£27,000


Responsibilities:


  • Provide 2nd line support to business users and clients.
  • Troubleshoot network and communication systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the day to day IT operations and processes.
  • Analyse and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and security regulations.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain and update IT systems and databases.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new IT systems.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an IT support engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of network and communication systems.
  • Experience with Windows, Hyper V, VMWare and Mac operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
