We're looking for a creative individual with excellent communication skills to join our head office Kare Plus Marketing Team.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager this role would suit someone who is passionate about marketing, social media, and capturingcontent.

You will be a people person, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy creating editorial pieces about all the good news happening around our services.

You will help raise awareness of the Kare Plus brand to a large network of offices located throughoutthe UK.

We are offering a permanent position working Mon-Fri / 9am - 5pm at our offices based at Hadley Park Telford - Starting salary of between £19,000 - £21,000pa depending on experience


General Job Duties As A Marketing Assistant

  • Assist with the creation of all marketing content printed, digital, and video and ensure it meets highquality standards and is within brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute multichannel campaigns
  • Research and write copy for blogs and articles to position Kare Plus as the leading expert in Health & Social Care Recruitment & Healthcare services
  • Increase brand awareness and promotion of the Kare Plus services
  • Provide support to all marketing functions as required

Requirements:

  • Computer skills, including understanding and skill with the company software programme and effective use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, PowerPoint, Hubspot, Canva)
  • Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Support with the implementation of our brand social media content plan
  • You have an interest in working within a marketing department.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have strong organisational skills.
  • You have good Microsoft Package skills.
  • You have a good understanding of written English language and grammar skills.
  • You are able to multitask and prioritise.
  • You are happy to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills / Experience

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Manufacturing or recruitment is a high advantage
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in website and social media management is desirable
  • Experience in design/marketing software is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous work history of working as a marketing apprentice/assistant is a very high advantage
