Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Wolverhampton

Monday - Friday (06:00 - 15:00)

£30,000 - £40,000


We are looking for a motivated mechanically bias Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading manufacturer in their respective field.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Team Leader, you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is keptrunning.

You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation.

With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supportedby a welcoming team of engineers.

The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.


Role Description

  • Providing both Reactive & PPM
  • Working on a variety of machinery including shredders, conveyors, belts, bearings, gearboxes
  • Ensure all equipment complies with current Health & Safety Legislation
  • Maintenance of Hydraulics & Pneumatics

Skills and Qualifications

  • Apprentice, HNC/HND, or equivalent Engineering Qualification
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
  • MIG/MMA Welding
  • Forklift Truck and MEWP
