A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated accounts payable / purchase ledger administrator to join the busy and successful purchase to pay team at a well-known company in Basingstoke & Deane.

There are several rewards available in addition to a wonderful role and working with some great people.

You'll be a part of a sizable shared services centre (SSC) workforce that takes satisfaction in helping one another finish workloads within the deadlines set.

The rapid and precise review of all invoices, expenses, and payment requests across the board for the entire organisation will be your main goal.

Daily responsibilities include:

Process both PO and Non-PO supplier invoices timely and accurately onto NetSuite
Liaise with key stakeholders to identify issues, build relationships and manage queries efficiently;
Supplier query resolution; quantity, price, missing goods, within company SLA's
Work with the business to ensure purchase orders are closed once all goods and invoices have been received;
Ensure compliance with the supplier set up process on the system, liaising with relevant teams as required;
Generate weekly payment cycles using HSBC for various currencies;
Produce monthly statement reconciliations for key suppliers;

The individual

We are looking for a self-assured applicant that can handle huge numbers of bills effectively and within corporate SLA in a large, dynamic, and busy shared services environment.

Since you'll spend four days a week at work, it would also be advantageous to reside close to Chineham Business Park.
