CLIENT LIAISON COORDINATOR

A temporary contract until the end of June, with the expectation to extend as Client Liaison Coordinator to assist the growth of a well-known exhibition event specialising in sustainable heating, water, air and electricity.


CLIENT LIAISON COORDINATOR ROLE:


  • Being responsible for calling up to six hundred existing clients who have agreed to take part in a trade show over the next 4 months to identify opportunities for the sales and marketing team
  • Making upwards of twenty quality calls per day to clients to ensure clients are satisfied.
  • Speaking with existing clients to create awareness around further services offered by Lyrical Communications such as marketing and sales solutions.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams focusing on client requirements surrounding tailored services and solutions.
  • Working with pace, care, and professionalism to maintain a high volume of client calls.
  • Assisting and raising any client inquiries and concerns within the team

CLIENT LIAISON COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:


  • Minimum 12 months of a phonebased role in an office with outbound call experience
  • Comfortable working 5 days in an office
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Selfmotivated and reliable
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Highly organised with a proactive working style
  • Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
