Electronic archiving to ensure that the company ERP system is uptodate with scanning, uploading and approving
Facilitating the update of documentation as part of Change Control
Using standard format templates when carrying out document control of Quality System documentation
Carrying out document obsoletion where required
Assisting with updates to our learning management system
Supporting with ongoing standardisation and Quality projects, supporting the Quality Compliance Manager, Quality Administrator Supervisors, Quality Engineers & the Quality Assurance Team
Carrying out data capture and monitoring where required e.g. for Quality Administration processes.

Essential:

GCSE in Maths, English and Science (or equivalent)
Educated to AS level, A level or equivalent or previous relevant work experience.
Experience of working within an administration function
The ability to work within a team
The ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
To have a methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
To be flexible to the needs of the business

Desirable:

Quality Assurance Administration background
Knowledge of quality systems

Location:
Edgbaston,
Hybrid working. 2 days remote, 3 days onsite.
