Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the right solutions? We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual to join us as a Customer Service Advisor.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
From £23,610.14 per year
