Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the right solutions? We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual to join us as a Customer Service Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
From £23,610.14 per year
