An exciting opportunity, with huge expansion potential, has arisen for a
Head of Operations and Growth to join a state-of-the-art leading luxury private clinic for Day care diagnostics in North Kent.

Understanding ofall relevant external and internal governance requirements is paramount.

Reporting to the Clinic Director ,you will be responsible for bringing new patients into the clinic and generating traffic to promote the business.

You must have at least 3 years healthcare operational experience with a proven ability of managing budgets up to £10m, and practice examples to show how they have created significant commercial value in a healthcare business.

You will be educated to degreelevel in healthcare.

For this
Head of Operations and Growth position you will have experience in developing and maintaining robust clinical governance and risk management processes and adopt an understanding of the business.

Proven senior management experience in an independent acute sector hospital is required for the
Head of Operations and Growth role.

This would suit a senior clinical professional, a step above clinical lead, who has moved into the managerial side of healthcare, overseeing administration, IT competent and able to lead and advertise in house services.
