The RSC is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and efficient individuals to join our exclusive catering team, working in
our iconic Rooftop Restaurant in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This is a full-time, permanent position.


Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will deliver excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

You will assist in the efficient running of the Rooftop Restaurant and Theatre bars including events and privatedining.

Reporting to the Catering Managers, you will:

  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Ensure orders are taken and the service style is efficient
  • To always ensure that the Rooftop Restaurant and theatre bars is presented in style appropriate to the service.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
  • Tailor your approach to each customer, exciting them with
    our latest food menu and drink offer
  • Handle all bills

We are looking for:

  • Someone with an understanding of food and drink service
  • The ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
