Description

The varied role of the Administrator will include:
Providing a high quality of Administration support to the Active support team.

Having contact with patients/carers/relatives and other external stakeholders.

Typing letters and reports via Big Hand (audio) and/or copy typing. Using the patient record system (Rio).

Have excellent communication interpersonal skills.

Assist with managing the generic Admin inbox.

Take minutes of meetings.

Ordering of stationary and other items as required via SBS.

Be able to prioritise workloads and work to agreed timescales.

Provide a high level of Administrative support to the Active Review Team and Clinicians of the team.

Provide good customer care service.

Occasionally you would be expected to deal with anxious clients.

You will have experience working with Word, Outlook and Excel.

You will be maintaining records on our RIO electronic system.

Maintaining confidentiality and processing confidential information.

Manage time effectively ensuring systems and processes are efficient.

You will need to produce high quality documents.
