Description
We are looking for someone based near Oxford to work as a Tour Guide on our day tour buses. We need someone fun, outgoing and flexible. They need to have a good knowledge of The Cotswolds & Oxford.

You must be able to start and finish at Thornhill Park & Ride which is served by city buses and ample parking is available.


The person must be confident to guide a tour using the microphone on the bus and also lead a basic walking tour of Oxford.

Full training will be provided for the right person.

The job would suit someone with a fun personality, perhaps from a Entertainment or Theatre background, but guides come from many different former employment types.

A full-time applicant would work 4-5 days a week.

Working day is , with a break in the city centre from Being available to work many weekends is essential.

We would also be happy to consider part-time applicants who can work at the weekend

There may be extra cover required when a colleague is on leave, so we need someone fairly flexible.

It may also be a suitable opportunity for a student who can work some weekends now, and full-time in the Summer.

This role requires someone who uses a smartphone including Whatsapp as that is our main communication tool.


We are also happy to hear from experienced freelance guides who may be interested in this opportunity, or to work occasionally with us.

£15.00 per hour

No more than 40 per week
